Outsider Art is created all the time, all over the world in the places where people live. Most often it is cool, we rarely see it. Outsider Art artists are self-taught and go their own way with the art they create.
With this exhibition, we want to give Outsider Art artists a voice and to promote the opportunity for cultural participation in society regardless of conditions.
