Itinerary:
Day 1
Welcome to Bodø! Check-in at the elegant Wood Hotel with city views. Enjoy dinner on the top floor with panoramic views.
Day 2
Explore Bodø with an exciting RIB trip to Saltstraumen, hike to Keiservarden, and an art walk in the city center. Enjoy lunch at Craig Alibone before traveling to Støtt, where you’ll stay overnight at the historic STØTT Top of Helgeland. Dinner at Restaurant Gammelbutikken offers delicious seafood dishes made from local ingredients.
Day 3
Wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy breakfast. Choose between mountain hiking, fishing village tours, or museum visits. In the evening, enjoy a 3-course dinner before the Northern Lights hunt begins. Gather around the campfire at base camp, and if lucky, the Northern Lights will show in all their glory.
Day 4
The journey continues to Svolvær in Lofoten, with an overnight stay at Svinøya Rorbuer. Explore this picturesque fishing village and enjoy dinner at one of Svolvær’s local restaurants. Tonight, we’ll also hunt for the Northern Lights.
Day 5
Start the day with breakfast overlooking the sea before exploring Svolvær and its stunning surroundings. In the evening, our local guide will take you on a final Northern Lights hunt to an area with optimal views, where you’ll also learn basic photography techniques.
Day 6
End the trip with a relaxing breakfast before departure. Extend your stay if you want a few more days to explore Lofoten.
