The exhibitions depict life, nature and culture in Northern Norway – a region known for its spectacular landscape, rich traditions and unique light conditions.
Nordnorsk Kunstmuseum is a meeting place for everyone! You can attend exciting artist talks, lectures, family activities and other events. A visit here is an experience for all the senses. Kafé Adelsteen on the ground floor is a cosy place where visitors can take a break and enjoy something good to eat and drink. The café offers a selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as simple dishes, waffles and pastries.
The museum shop also offers a carefully curated selection of handicrafts, art books, prints and unique artefacts, so you can take a bit of northern Norway home with you.
