The Norwegian Aviation Museum is Norway’s national aviation museum. The museum conveys an intimate experience of aviation and its fascinating history, with the help of impressive exhibitions spread across an area of approximately 10,000 m2.

Come right up close and sense the smell of the real flying machines.
You can experience the exciting history of aviation at close quarters. You can see famous and
illustrious military aircraft such as the Spitfire, CF-104 Starfighter, Ju 88 and the famous
U-2 spy plane, or workhorses and passenger aircraft like the Ju 52,Twin Otter and Fokker F.28 Fellowship.

Play and learn in ”How do you fly”, the kids will love it! In the summer season, take the
family on a guided tour with one of our enthusiastic guides, or take a conducted tour for
adults. Both are informative and fun.

Museum shop and café
The shop has a wide choice of aviation related products such as books, games,
T-shirts, postcards, pins and souvenirs. If you want a break, Café Gidsken offers a
large menu of tasty meals, coffee, waffles and cakes.
