Sulitjelma offers towering mountains, glaciers, and wild Arctic nature shaped by centuries of mining, as well as warm, experienced local guides ready to welcome you. The tour is carried out with two participants per snowmobile to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
The tour starts at Rampen Adventure Hub in Bodø before we drive 1.5 hours through scenic surroundings to Sulitjelma. From there, we spend around three hours on electric snowmobiles in groomed trails, with a stop for a simple lunch and hot drinks in a cozy lavvu by the fire.
After lunch, we continue further up into the mountains. On days with good weather, the view opens up toward “Store Suliskongen” and the impressive glaciers that make Sulitjelma a unique destination for snowmobile safaris in Northern Norway.
A valid driver’s license is required to operate a snowmobile. A driver’s license is not required for passengers.
