Right on the waterfront in the heart of Bodø city center, you’ll find Scandic Havet, an eco-labeled experience hotel and the largest conference hotel in Northern Norway.

You don’t have to go far up the floors before you get a spectacular view of the city, the sea, and the mountains surrounding Bodø. On clear days, you can see all the way to Svartisen and Lofoten from the hotel’s upper floors.

The hotel has 234 rooms, 24 of which are adapted for the disabled. In addition to standard double rooms, Scandic Havet offers beautiful, large suites and superior rooms.

If you’re hungry, you don’t have to leave the building. Scandic’s award-winning breakfast buffet is served in the hotel restaurant “Havneutsikten” on the 2nd floor. On the 17th floor, with a spectacular view of Bodø, you’ll find Roast Restaurant & Bar, where you can enjoy a drink or a delicious dinner featuring grilled meat from the Josper grill. The hotel also has a shop at the reception where you can buy snacks, drinks, and toiletries at any time.

The hotel offers flexible conference facilities with a capacity for up to 600 people, as well as a connection to Bodø cultural center with a meeting capacity for up to 1000 guests.

In collaboration with Stella Polaris, the hotel arranges many activities, giving you the opportunity to experience deep-sea fishing, sea eagle safaris, Svartisen, and Saltstraumen.
