The menu is inspired by what the sea has to offer; fish, shellfish, seaweed and seasonal ingredients sourced from nearby coastal waters. The cuisine reflects the rhythm of the seasons and the traditions of northern Norway, with a focus on clean, honest flavours.
Inside, guests are welcomed by soft lighting and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. During the summer months, Sjøbaren also offers outdoor seating on Ramsalt Brygga, next to the sauna village. Sit right by the water, enjoy a drink and experience the vibrant life along the quay.
