We head to selected areas where chances of spotting the moose, Europe’s largest land animal, are at their best. With patience and the right approach, it is often possible to observe this shy and majestic animal in its natural habitat from a respectful distance, especially in the evening when it is most active.
The tour also includes a stop at Saltstraumen, home to the world’s strongest tidal current. Along the way, you may encounter other wildlife such as reindeer and white-tailed eagles.
