Located just minutes from the city centre and quay, the airport offers excellent domestic connectivity and highly efficient turnaround logistics, with an airport-to-quay transfer time of approx. 8 minutes.

During the summer season (2026), Bodø is served by direct international flights from Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm, Frankfurt and Munich, providing convenient access from key European source markets.

Looking ahead, a new state-of-the-art airport terminal and runway are scheduled to open in 2029/2030. Together, the Port of Bodø and Bodø Airport are in process of developing integrated airport-to-ship logistics solutions that will further strengthen Bodø’s position as a leading Arctic turnaround port.
