Their exhibitions explore themes such as coastal culture, World War II, Sami heritage, Arctic exploration, and historic trade. In Bodø, the main museum offers both permanent and seasonal exhibitions, guided tours, and engaging insight into the region’s history and identity.

Ideal for groups, cruise guests, and FITs with an interest in local culture and storytelling. The museums are divided into year-round and seasonal facilities. The seasonal facilities are otherwise open on request and for events throughout the year.
