M\u00f8sbr\u00f8mlefse is simply lefse made in a traditional way, topped with butter, brown cheese and sour cream. You can’t leave Salten without trying m\u00f8sbr\u00f8mlefse. You can find grilled stockfish at several restaurants in Bod\u00f8, and it is a popular dish among locals and visitors.
