Hamsunsenterets Nobel-Meal

About

A literary dining experience with communication and food in spectacular surroundings.

In 1920, Knut Hamsun was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature for The Field’s Crop. He traveled to Stockholm with his wife Marie, where they attended several ceremonies, including a magnificent banquet!

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Hamsun’s Nobel Prize, we invite you to a four-course dining experience – a cultural-historical and culinary time travel to the very highlight of Knut Hamsun’s literary career. Between dishes, we offer solemn speeches and anecdotes from Hamsun’s big night.
